eO utilized underwater acoustic imaging (UAI) to capture images of the bridge piers and adjacent channel bottom
Resistographs were utilized to assess timber pile decay and steel section loss was measured using underwater ultrasonic thickness and pitting gauges
Mr. Kenney, eO’s founding member, was part of a multi-disciplinary team tasked with re-writing LaDOTD’s bridge inspection manual
eO completed an inspection cycle of the I-10 bridges spanning the Atchafalaya Basin and four inspections of major river crossings, including two Mississippi River bridges
