Patrick Rockwell brings technical expertise and a strong commitment to safety to every project he takes on at eO. As an Engineer in Training (EIT), FAA-licensed drone pilot, and SPRAT rope access technician, he combines hands-on inspection experience with advanced technology to deliver accurate and dependable results for clients. He has contributed to a wide range of bridge inspection projects nationwide, detailed reporting, and the development of bridge load ratings to ensure the safety of the communities he works in.

Patrick is known for his growth mindset and consistent drive to expand his industry knowledge. He approaches each project as an opportunity to learn and to take on new challenges, applying both traditional inspection practices and innovative tools. Beyond his technical skills, Patrick leads by example, mentoring teammates in the field, fostering collaboration, and setting a high standard for safety and quality. His dedication to learning, leading, and delivering makes him an invaluable part of the eO team.

Outside of work, Patrick enjoys the outdoors and thrives in nature year-round, from skiing and snowmobiling in the winter, hunting and fishing in the spring and fall, to mountain biking or camping in the summer. His love for the outdoors is one of the reasons he’s drawn to this industry; the opportunity to work in some of the most scenic parts of the country, while contributing to projects that keep communities safe.
