Aaron Richardson is a Professional Engineer (PE), NBIS Team Leader, an ADCI Commercial Diver, SPRAT rope access technician, and an ATSSA certified traffic control supervisor. The majority of his early career was spent performing inspections and load ratings in Florida but he has since returned to his home state to manage eO’s Colorado Office and inspection projects throughout the Rocky Mountain Region. Throughout his career he has gained extensive routine, underwater, NSTM, snooper, fracture critical, and confined space inspection experience and continues to be actively involved with load ratings in a supervisory capacity. As the Colorado Office Manager, Aaron ensures adequate staffing, training, and equipment maintenance are maintained for successful completion of projects and regional growth. Aaron’s goal-oriented and passionate work ethic have allowed him to progress early on in his career and continues to add extreme value to the eO team.

As your typical Colorado native you can often find Aaron outdoors, whether that be on the slopes skiing through the winter or on the golf course in the summer. He also stays true to his alma mater by attending CU Buffs football games throughout the season. Beyond that he enjoys spending quality time with his family and friends, playing with his dog, and home improvement projects.
