- Divided into 3 task orders: On-System, Off-System, and Blue Mesa Reservoir bridges
- Inspections of approximately 100 concrete, timber, and steel bridges
- Topographic imagery with channel contour plots to track scour and channel migration
- Dive operations above 7500 ft in elevation took place, involving a hyperbaric chamber and a 10-man dive team
